Architectural heritage, modern destination

In 1920, María Unzuè de Alvear, with vision and elegance, commissioned French architect León Dourge to create this architectural gem. Inspired by the essence of Spain, the house became a refuge that resonates with the warmth of a family home.

With gambrel tiles, arched windows, ornate grilles, and projecting balconies, this house exudes history in every corner. It was the temporary home of notable figures such as Guy Williams, who left his mark on this corner of Andalusia designed by Dourge. In addition to Casa Toledo, Dourge also designed other notable works, such as the renowned Duhau Palace, the main building of the "Solymar" ranch, and the Ivry summer residence in Punta del Este. Each of these structures reflects the French architect's mastery and talent for creating spaces that transcend time.

Connecting with the present through the senses

By preserving the region's architectural legacy, we seek to redefine its value and add elements that make it a unique hotel offering. A journey through time, where the walls hold history and the thoughtful details of each space invite you to connect with the present through the senses.

We carried out meticulous restoration work on the mansion with the aim of enhancing its heritage and giving Casa Toledo another 100 years of life.

We combined the charm of a historic family home with modern, high-class hotel amenities. Every corner conveys this exceptional fusion of comfort and style. Warmth and design, home and exclusivity. Thus, they become an invitation to stay and discover the spirit of the place.
